Emily founded Refresh NQ to create a welcoming place where people can feel heard and make informed choices about their care. She has worked in nursing since 2005 across a range of clinical settings and has focused on bariatric nursing since 2023.
Emily holds a Master of Nursing and works across Townsville and Mount Isa. Her approach is grounded in listening, person-centred care and practical support tailored to the individual.

Dr Hao Lim is a qualified medical doctor with more than 15 years of clinical hospital experience and a special interest in aesthetic medicine.
He provides thorough consultations to discuss individual goals, clinical suitability and relevant options. His approach is considered, balanced and focused on helping each person make an informed decision.
